Rods, reels, tackle, waders, boots, and all necessary fishing gear are provided. Guidance and instruction are included throughout the trip, whether you’re new to fishing or have years of experience.

Yes. Waders and boots are available when needed, typically for sockeye salmon fishing. I call every client the day or evening before the trip to go over details, confirm the meeting location, and make sure I have the correct sizes ready.

Yes. Alaska residents age 18 or older and nonresidents age 16 or older are required to have a sport fishing license. Licenses can be purchased online before your trip. I can also help answer any questions about licenses or regulations before our day on the water. King stamps are only required if we are specifically targeting king salmon.

Meeting locations vary depending on the trip. I call every client the day or evening before to go over all trip details, including the meeting location, and I’ll also send a pin for the exact launch or meeting point.

Yes. Feel free to bring any snacks, drinks, or lunch items you’d like for the day.

Dress in layers and be prepared for changing Alaska weather. Warm socks and comfortable clothing work best, especially if waders are involved. Sweatpants, yoga pants, or other comfortable layers under waders are usually the most comfortable option.
